Before You Start, Let's Talk.
Choosing a nutrition plan comes with questions. Good. It should.
Here are the things people usually want to know before getting started, answered without making nutrition more complicated than it needs to be.
Let's Start With the Big Ones
Will I be eating enough throughout the day?
Your plan is designed to keep your nutrition structured throughout your waking hours, not leave you counting down the minutes until your next meal.
Most Integrity Wellness plans include around 5-6 smaller, balanced eating occasions throughout the day, with your portions, food combinations, and timing already mapped out.
The goal is simple: give you a consistent structure that works with your day.
Be honest, do I have to count calories?
No. That's kind of the point.
Your portions, meal structure, food combinations, and timing are already built into your personalized plan.
Instead of spending your day entering every bite into an app, you can focus on actually following your plan.
How personalized is this, really?
Very.
We don't just ask your height, weight, and goal and call it personalized.
We want to know when you wake up, when you work, when you exercise, how you currently eat, what foods you enjoy, what you avoid, and what your everyday life actually looks like.
The more accurately you describe how your days actually run, the more personal your plan can be.
I've tried diets before. Why would this be any different?
Because the goal isn't to temporarily follow a diet. It's to build a way of eating you can actually continue.
Your plan uses familiar foods from the grocery stores you already shop at, prepared in your own kitchen and structured around your everyday routine.
Over time, the portions, food combinations, meal timing, and preparation become familiar. You're building habits, not depending on an app, a delivery service, or a special line of foods to keep you on track.
The goal isn't to be on a plan forever. It's to learn a structure you can keep using.
Your Food. Your Schedule. Your Routine.
What if I don't have a typical 9-to-5 schedule?
That's exactly why we ask about your schedule.
Tell us when your day starts and ends, when you work, when you exercise, and when you're realistically able to eat. Early mornings, late nights, weekends, and overnight shifts can all change how your day needs to be structured.
You give us your waking hours. We build your nutrition around them.
Your plan should work with your life, not require you to rearrange your life around a diet.
Am I going to have to give up everything I like?
No.
We start with foods you're already comfortable eating and make practical changes from there.
Sometimes portions, combinations, timing, or preparation need to change, but the goal isn't to hand you a completely unfamiliar diet. A generic plan can look good on paper, but if it doesn't fit your real life, it becomes difficult to follow consistently.
Am I going to eat the same boring meal every day?
Structure doesn't have to mean boring.
Foods on your plan can often be seasoned, prepared, and combined in different ways while keeping the underlying structure consistent.
And if you want even more ideas, a Personalized Recipes & Grocery Guide can be added at checkout, with recipe ideas built around the foods and portions already included in your plan.
What do I do once I receive my meal plan?
Start with your meal options and follow the portions, food combinations, and timing provided for you.
Your plan is designed around straightforward grocery-store foods, so meals don't need to be complicated. You'll also receive general guidance to help you put your plan into practice.
If you'd like even more inspiration, you can add the Personalized Recipes & Grocery Guide, which includes a personalized grocery list and 25+ recipe ideas built around the foods already included in your plan.
Whether you enjoy cooking or prefer to keep things simple, you'll have options.
Do I have to buy special shakes, meals, or products from you?
No. And that's intentional.
Your plan is built primarily around foods you can buy at your regular grocery store. Protein shakes can absolutely be included when appropriate, but there's no Integrity Wellness shake, bar, packaged meal, frozen-food program, or other product you have to keep purchasing from us.
The reason is simple: we want to help you build habits you can continue independently.
Your grocery store and your kitchen are tools you can keep using long after you receive your plan.
What About the Way I Eat?
Which eating styles do you support?
We personalize around how you actually eat. That includes traditional or omnivore, vegetarian, vegan, and pescatarian eating styles.
We can also build plans around gluten-free eating, food choices, foods you avoid, and personal preferences. You tell us what you eat and what you avoid in the questionnaire, and your eating style becomes another part of what makes your plan yours.
What if I'm vegan, vegetarian, or pescatarian?
You're very welcome here.
Integrity Wellness has experience with vegetarian and vegan nutrition, including higher-protein plans for active lifestyles.
Whether you eat everything or follow a fully plant-based diet, your eating style is simply another part of what makes your plan yours.
What if I'm vegan or vegetarian and protein is the part I struggle with?
That's actually one of the areas we're especially comfortable with.
Plant-based eating doesn't mean protein has to become an afterthought.
We can build your personalized plan around vegetarian and vegan food choices, your routine, activity, preferences, and goals.
What if there are foods I can't or don't eat?
Tell us in the questionnaire.
Foods you avoid, your food choices, and your eating preferences are all important information.
There are also situations where a medical condition or dietary restriction may fall outside what Integrity Wellness is designed to handle, and we'll tell you when that's the case rather than pretending otherwise.
Can you accommodate gluten-free?
Yes. Most of your plan is built around naturally gluten-free whole foods, so a large part of it already works for gluten-free eating without any special products.
For the few packaged items a plan may include, such as protein bars, protein powder, plant milks, or certain condiments, a gluten-free member simply chooses a certified gluten-free version, since brands vary.
Training for a marathon, triathlon, Ironman, or another endurance event?
Integrity Wellness is not a specialized endurance-event fueling program. If you need nutrition guidance or fueling specifically for endurance training or competition, we encourage you to work with an appropriately qualified healthcare or nutrition professional who can provide guidance for those needs.
Choosing What Fits You
What's the actual difference between Personalized Nutrition and Signature?
The nutrition plan itself is personalized either way. The difference is how much support you want afterward.
Personalized Nutrition gives you your individualized plan and structure to follow independently.
The Signature Program includes the same personalized nutrition plan plus a 12-week structure: six guided weeks with check-ins, accountability, nutrition education, support, and adjustments, followed by six weeks of supported independence as you continue on your own.
Compare Your Options →What if I need to make a small change once I start?
Your Personalized Nutrition plan includes multiple meal options and general guidelines so you have flexibility in putting it into practice.
For example, you may be able to adjust when you eat within the guidelines provided or choose another included meal option if something isn't working well for your day.
Personalized Nutrition does not include ongoing coaching or custom plan adjustments, but you're not being handed a plan without direction on how to use it.
If you believe there's an actual issue with your generated plan, you can always contact us.
If you'd prefer ongoing feedback, accountability, and individualized adjustments as you progress, that's where the Signature Program comes in.
Is this only for people trying to lose weight?
No.
Weight loss is certainly one reason people come to Integrity Wellness, but plans can also be built around healthier eating and active lifestyles.
Your goals are part of the information used to build your plan.
Can my partner do this with me?
Yes.
Right now, each person purchases and completes their own Personalized Nutrition plan because each person's needs are different.
If you're eating together, you can choose similar food preferences where appropriate, which can make grocery shopping and preparing meals much easier.
A dedicated couples option is something we're working toward for the future.
A Few Things We Should Say Out Loud
Is there anyone Integrity Wellness isn't for?
Yes, and we're comfortable saying that.
Integrity Wellness programs are for adults age 18 and older, and they aren't a replacement for medical nutrition therapy or care from a qualified healthcare professional.
Certain medical conditions or dietary circumstances may require a different level of care.
Still Have a Question?
