1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Integrity Wellness website, programs, member resources, and related services.
By using our services or purchasing a program, you agree to these Terms and any additional terms presented to you as part of your purchase.
2. Eligibility
Integrity Wellness programs are available only to adults age 18 and older.
Before enrollment, you may be asked to complete eligibility screening. Integrity Wellness may decline or discontinue participation when a program is not appropriate for an individual's circumstances.
You are responsible for providing accurate information during eligibility screening, enrollment, and personalization.
3. Nutrition & Wellness Scope
Integrity Wellness provides nutrition education, personalized meal-planning guidance, wellness support, and related educational resources.
Integrity Wellness does not provide medical care, medical nutrition therapy, diagnosis, treatment, or management of medical conditions.
Participation does not create a physician-patient, dietitian-patient, or other healthcare-provider relationship.
If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, take medication, receive medical treatment, or have concerns about changing your diet, seek guidance from an appropriate qualified healthcare professional.
Do not change or discontinue medication, medical treatment, or a medically prescribed diet based on Integrity Wellness information.
4. Food & Ingredient Responsibility
Integrity Wellness does not evaluate or screen for food allergies, food intolerances, or medical dietary restrictions.
You are responsible for avoiding foods and ingredients that are unsafe or inappropriate for you, including foods you are allergic to, intolerant of, have been advised by a healthcare professional to avoid, or otherwise know you should not consume.
5. Personalized Programs
Personalized plans are created using the information you provide. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information.
Your plan is intended for your personal use and should not be used as medical advice or as a substitute for individualized care from a qualified healthcare professional.
Program features, duration, included services, and pricing are presented before purchase.
6. Purchases & Refunds
Integrity Wellness programs and paid resources are personalized digital services and materials.
Because your Integrity Wellness program is personalized for you, purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund, cancellation, or other consumer right is required by applicable law.
Refunds are not provided merely because you later choose not to complete the questionnaire, generate or follow your plan, use the program, access all available materials, or because you do not achieve your desired results.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
7. Billing
Program prices are displayed before purchase.
Integrity Wellness programs are not automatically renewed or billed as recurring subscriptions unless a future purchase clearly states otherwise before you agree to it.
Payments may be processed through a third-party payment provider. Integrity Wellness does not receive or store your full credit-card or bank-account credentials.
8. Program-Specific Terms
Certain purchases require acceptance of the separate Integrity Wellness Program Participation Agreement before payment.
The Participation Agreement contains additional conditions governing participation and is incorporated into the terms of the applicable purchase.
You may also be required to acknowledge what is included in your selected program before purchasing.
9. Results
Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.
Testimonials, photographs, success stories, and participant experiences describe individual outcomes. They should not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee that another participant will achieve the same result.
Results may depend on many individual factors, including consistency, circumstances, and adherence to the program.
10. Intellectual Property
Integrity Wellness programs, personalized plans, calculations, methodologies, educational materials, recipes, guides, written content, graphics, and member resources are owned by or licensed to Integrity Wellness and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Your purchase gives you a limited right to use purchased materials for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You may not reproduce, publish, sell, distribute, share, license, reverse engineer, scrape, extract, or commercially exploit Integrity Wellness materials or proprietary methodology without written permission.
11. Accounts & Member Access
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
Member access and purchased materials are for the purchaser's personal use and may not be shared with others.
Integrity Wellness may restrict or terminate access for misuse, unauthorized sharing, fraud, attempts to compromise the service, or material violations of these Terms or an applicable Participation Agreement.
12. Website & Service Availability
We work to keep Integrity Wellness services available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
We may reasonably update, maintain, correct, or modify website and member functionality as needed, provided doing so does not remove purchased rights that applicable law requires us to provide.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Integrity Wellness is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website, programs, or materials.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
14. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, stored, and protected.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when our services, business practices, or legal obligations change.
Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise. The current effective date will appear at the top of these Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
